1 What is a domain name?
A Domain name is a unique name to identify and access websites. For eg www.a1solutions.co.nz where a1solutions is the domain name of the website.
2 Can I use a domain name that is being by used by someone else?
Any domain name is like a company name and can not be used if some one has already registered before. However the same domain name can be available with different extensions for eg .co.nz, .net.nz, .com etc. Also you can negotiate with the current domain name holder and purchase the domain you want.
3 What is Hosting?
Hosting means the server, where your website files are hosted(updated), so that other users can access the pages for your website eg home, about, services etc.
4 How can I change my existing password for my email login.
To change your password just go to mail.yourdomain.com or relevant domain name extension and click on change password and then change it to a password of your choice.
5 What happens if I don't renew my domain name and hosting.
Domain name and hosting are integral part of the website and if they are not renewed then the website or website opages cannot be accesible. All the data in the mailbox can be lost as a part of not renewing the hosting. We have a grace period of 14 days within which both the services has to be renewed.
6 How can I pay for the renewal of domain, hosting or any other services?

7 What are the search engines my website will be submitted to?
We submit the websites to Google, Yahoo and Bing. You can also ask us for paid adwords or e marketing with major browsers.
8 What type of programming language do you use for developing websites?
We are microsoft partner and focus on using microsoft technologies. The websites are designed in Asp.NET environment and hosted on an windows platform.
